Anna is a real estate professional who provides organizations with the most informed, innovative, and competitive solutions possible. Her knack for diplomacy serves her clients well during complex negotiations. In addition to helping clients fully realize their real estate options, Anna heads up NTH’s business development effort.
With over 25 years of experience in the local market, Anna has worked on a diverse range of projects from renovating an abandoned brewery to leasing office space in downtown towers. Recent clients include the Star Tribune, the law firm Stinson LLP, and the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
Outside of client work, Anna serves as a Minneapolis Downtown Council Board and Executive Committee member, Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors member, Minneapolis City of Lakes Rotary Club Board Member.
Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College and a Master of Business Administration from Augsburg University.

Amanda Janzen has over a decade of development experience and has managed over $700 million in real estate projects and 2,000 units. She has experience in guiding all phases of real estate development including predevelopment due diligence, securing public/private funding for project finance, guiding design, overseeing construction, coordinating staff and project consultants, and managing project lease-ups.
Amanda is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute National Product Council, board member for Clare Housing, and a lead on the planning committee for Women in Real Estate Development and Urban Planning (WIRED UP).
Amanda holds a Masters in Urban Planning from the Humphrey School at the University of Minnesota.

Most recently, she served as a Director at Hines, where she oversaw the full development lifecycle for new projects in the Minneapolis market. Her responsibilities included planning, entitlements, design, marketing and branding, and construction and financial oversight. Notable development projects where she played a key role include Fifty South Sixth, Dock Street Flats, T3, and the North Loop Green mixed-use development. She also oversaw numerous tenant and capital improvement projects throughout her tenure at Hines.

Mike applies over 25 years of executive management experience and success within nationally acclaimed Parks and Recreation organizations to benefit his client work. He has direct experience as a project manager and planner as the executive and project owner for prominent developments that are consensus examples of excellence and success. Mike's expertise is tailored to projects in urban markets and also with government partners.
Mike is an active community member. Since 2011, he has been appointed by the Governor as a member of the Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission, which he currently chairs. Mike also serves as an appointed member of the City of Saint Paul Charter Commission.
