Known for his boundless energy and enthusiasm, Russ lives for the deal and enjoys connecting people and projects to the resources needed to succeed. One of downtown Minneapolis' most ardent advocates, Russ played a significant role in bringing countless downtown projects to reality — including the Downtown Improvement District and Target Field. Across the river, Russ and his wife, Nancy, spend many hours raising funds for Como Friends and Saint Paul Public Schools Foundation.

As President and Principal of NTH, Russ has more than 30 years of experience providing corporate and nonprofit real estate services in the Twin Cities. A few of his recent clients include the Star Tribune, U.S. Bank, Xcel Energy, and The Minneapolis Foundation. His industry leadership was recognized when he received the Best in Real Estate Career Achievement Award from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

Russ was recently named one of 100 People to Know in 2016 by Twin Cities Business.

Russ is active on a variety of boards, including Regions Hospital, Itasca Project, GREATER MSP, Minneapolis Club, and U.S. Bank Twin Cities Advisory Board.

Russ holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from University of Washington.

Tina is a real estate broker who helps organizations align real estate decisions with business goals. Tina’s sound judgment, strategic perspective, and ability to stay cool-headed while navigating complex real estate transactions serve her clients and colleagues alike.

Tina has more than 30 years of experience in the Twin Cities real estate market, serving clients from small nonprofits to large corporations. Recent clients include Ecolab, HealthPartners, and Otto Bremer Trust.

Tina’s industry and community leadership is evident in board service with the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, and Move Minneapolis.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of St. Thomas and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from University of St. Thomas.

Anna Coskran

Anna is a real estate professional who provides organizations with the most informed, innovative, and competitive solutions possible. Her knack for diplomacy serves her clients well during complex negotiations. In addition to helping clients fully realize their real estate options, Anna heads up NTH’s business development effort.

With 20 years of experience in the local market, Anna has worked on a diverse range of projects from renovating an abandoned brewery to leasing office space in downtown towers. Recent clients include the Star Tribune, the law firm Stinson Leonard Street, and the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

Outside of client work, Anna serves on the Minneapolis Downtown Council Board and Executive Committee, Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors Program Committee, and Minneapolis City of Lakes Rotary Club Board and Program Committee.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College and a Master of Business Administration from Augsburg University.

Lynette Dumalag

Steadfast and altruistic, Lynette’s warmth and ever-present smile put everyone at ease. There is no distance she won't travel to meet a client’s needs, and she is valued for her professionalism and patience.

Lynette joined NTH more than 11 years ago and has worked on a variety of real estate projects, including Parsons Electric, Bell Bank, and Propel Nonprofits.

Generous with her time and talents, Lynette finds many ways to contribute to the industry and community. She serves as the Board Chair for Aeon, as Communications Committee Chair for Greater Minneapolis Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), and as an Executive Committee Member on the Minneapolis Downtown Council’s Ending Street Homelessness Committee.

Lynette is the proud recipient of the Minneapolis Downtown Council’s 2025 Leadership Award in 2016 for her work with the Ending Street Homelessness Committee. She was selected to participate in the Harvard Business School’s Young American Leaders Program 2016.

Lynette holds a Bachelor of Arts from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Hamline University.

Dani Henning

Dani’s enthusiasm, organizational skills, and commitment to follow through make her a valuable addition to any project team.

She is currently involved with several projects, including the Snelling-Midway Soccer Stadium, Energy Management Collaborative, Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal, and The Family Partnership.

Prior to joining NTH, Dani supported engineering project managers on major generation projects at Xcel Energy. During her time at Xcel, she sought opportunities to learn about the project life cycle, stakeholder management, and construction terminology by engaging in many areas of the projects she supported.

Dani holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin – Stout and is currently working towards her Master of Business Administration with a focus in Project Management through Keller Graduate School of Management (anticipated completion Fall 2018).

Renee Kirscht Rascher

Renee is an unwavering client advocate and educator. She approaches projects holistically with an uncanny ability to anticipate potential issues and find creative solutions that enable clients to make meaningful and timely decisions.

More than 20 years of experience in design and construction management demonstrates Renee’s ability to guide countless clients through complex new construction, renovation and relocation projects. Some of her recent projects include Bassford Remele, Energy Management Collaborative, Ecolab, HealthPartners, and Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies.

Renee is actively involved in Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW), Leadership Twin Cities 2017-18 and a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

Renee holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from University of Wisconsin – Stout.

Through his knowledgeable and creative approach, Paul has earned the respect of his clients and the design and construction professionals with whom he works. His keen understanding of the industry, insights into the design and construction process, and innovative approach serve his clients well.

Paul has played a major role in shaping the Twin Cities’ skylines. He has been instrumental in notable construction projects including the Palace Theatre, American Academy of Neurology, Minnesota Orchestral Association, and CHS Field.

Paul is active with Lambda Alpha and the Urban Land Institute. He serves on the boards of Northern Lights.mn and Design-Build Institute of America’s Upper Midwest Region.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science - Construction Management from Arizona State University.

Prior to joining NTH, Connor completed internships at The Opus Group and Adolfson & Peterson Construction.

Emily approaches every project with an inquisitive eye, providing a critical voice and an exceptional value to her clients. Emily brings a strong background in architectural design and historic preservation to NTH. From adaptive reuse plans to historic tax credits and feasibility projects, she has a broad range of experience.

Recent projects that benefited from Emily’s involvement include Propel Nonprofits, Spencer Stuart, law firms Bassford Remele and Stinson Leonard Street, and CHS Field.

Emily has participated in the Urban Land Institute’s REDi Program, CoreNet Global’s Young Leaders program, and Building Owners & Managers Association’s Young Professionals program.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Historic Preservation from Savannah College of Art and Design.

Terry enjoys troubleshooting technology issues and researching the best solutions for any challenge that surfaces. Whether she's managing the financial activities of the firm or overseeing personnel matters, Terry handles every situation with courtesy and professionalism.

Terry holds a Bachelor of Science from Minnesota State University – Mankato.

Creative and dynamic, Heidi brings an artist’s sensibilities to her work at NTH. As the firm’s brand and communications specialist, Heidi works with the team to develop and implement new ways to deliver exceptional client service.

Providing critical behind-the-scenes support, and a dose of wry humor, Heidi ensures that NTH’s marketing and communication needs are met with solutions that are both effective and appealing.

Heidi currently serves on the board of Minneapolis Riverfront Partnership and is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) – Twin Cities and Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association (MIMA).

Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Integrated Marketing Communication from St. Catherine University.
