Challenges:Re-platting of the property to support a change in ownership and refinancing added complexity to decision making.

Customized Solution:In addition to competitive rental rates, NTH worked with the owner on a renovation schedule which delivered a new HVAC plant, new restrooms, and a parking ramp closer to the building, among other improvements.
